Victor Tsoi earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2011. With a B.A. in Mass Communications and a minor in Economics from U.C. Berkeley, he brings a diverse educational background and a thoughtful approach to his legal services.

Before joining Choulos & Tsoi Law Firm in 2015, Victor gained valuable experience in entertainment law in Los Angeles and worked in business development for a New York-based fashion company. These roles contributed to sharpening his advocacy and negotiation skills, which he now applies to personal injury and business transaction cases. At our firm, Victor focuses on helping personal injury victims while also advising businesses and entertainment clients on a variety of contract matters.

Victor’s approach to law is shaped by the values instilled in him by a family of healthcare professionals. Their commitment to care and understanding inspired Victor to provide the same level of dedication to his clients—especially the ones seeking justice for their injuries. He believes in building strong relationships, listening carefully to his clients’ concerns, and pursuing outcomes that meet their unique needs.

An active member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA), Victor stays connected to our local legal community and on top of developments in the field.

Outside of the office, Victor is passionate about exploring the world and staying active. He enjoys running marathons, golfing, and traveling to experience new cultures and cuisines.
